When you're ready to add a new moment, the New tab presents a grid of simple activity icons—stretch, meditate, breathe, hydrate, walk, rest, and more—so you can choose your practice with a single tap. An optional slider lets you record the duration, while five expressive mood faces help you capture how you felt afterward. Tapping the stacked pebble save button settles your moment onto the sand with a soft ripple animation, making each entry feel intentional and calming. Your complete journey lives in the Stream tab, a chronological list of every moment rendered as small pebbles with colored rims that reflect your mood at a glance. You can easily filter the stream by date range or activity type, or search for a specific practice by name to revisit past entries. The Ripples tab offers a gentle visual summary, showing your most frequent activities as sized icons and your weekly mood trend as a line of mood‑colored stones, without charts or numbers. Your dashboard keeps the essentials front and center, reminding you of today's progress and your current streak without any pressure or intrusive notifications. All your data is stored privately on your device, so your wellness moments remain yours alone. There are no accounts to create, no social feeds to compare, and no cloud syncing to manage—just a quiet space to nurture your daily habits.
