Uttoron-Skills for better life is a skill development project funded by Chevron and implemented by Swisscontact, which launched the first android-based Bangla app to develop the soft skills of unskilled and semi-skilled youth engaged in the formal job market. Soft skill is an essential factor for higher productivity and prosperity in a career. This app will help the youth learn about important factors like soft skills, communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving skills, and health & safety. Understanding these concepts can help to prosper in the workplace.
