CRIST Tool is the official mobile app for authorised field collectors in the UsmleWise CRIST developmental screening study.

Use CRIST Tool to register participants, complete screening questionnaires, and submit research data securely from the field — even when you are offline. Records sync automatically when your device reconnects.

• Verbal caregiver consent before each participant entry
• Internet connection to sync data (offline collection supported)
