2024-04-22	fi*****	nyampah asal nak scan je x boleh... qr je problem, problem je qr. The scanner can't detect the QR code for attendance. I've logged out and uninstalled multiple times, but still can't scan the QR code. Even with different devices, the app lags.

2023-10-11	ah*****	When I try to scan, it could not focus onto the qr. Like please fix it. Or put a feature where it can scan qr through picture in our phone. I just realize that this app only works with IOS phone like seriously?

2022-12-13	AM*****	QR Scanner was a problem most of the time, couldn't even scan once. I need to restart the app countless times before I finally submitted my attendance. Current Device : -Realme GT Master Edition -Android 12 Problem : QR Code scanned but it says that the permission for the app to use my camera wasn't enabled but it was enabled ever since I installed the app in my device. Perhaps it was a compatibility issue, if so, please fix. This app was made to help students, not to burden them.

The registered courses in the attendance section showed up is always the one from previous semester instead of the latest one. Usually, if I uninstall and install it later, new semester will show up but this time it didn't happen. Please fix

2022-03-07	Ch*****	The ui/ux design for student movement need to be improved because I faced problem when I renew for health declaration. The first thought when I renew it is I click yes for "update vaccine record?" but the health declaration status does not change. But when I click no for "update vaccine record?", then I success to update the health declaration status. This is very confusing for the renew health declaration function.

2021-11-26	Ab*****	Nice app, but the QR code scanner is not user-friendly by any means. The reason behind this is being unable to pick a screenshot from the gallery in the scanner. Almost all students are attending classes from their phones, so they would NEED a feature like this. Otherwise, they'd have to show the attendance QR code on a whole other screen to be able to scan it. Please allow the scanner to accept pictures from the phone's gallery. I've already sent an email long ago but nobody responded.

The only smooth thing this app gives is qr scan feature. The rest? Unstable. Gives error a lot. I thought utm is a "technology" university, but what is this? Utm should perform better than this. Any important dates when a lot of people use the app, it always crashes. Don't use "a lot of people use it at the same time" as an excuse that this app crashes. BE BETTER!!!!

2021-09-01	Sh*****	I cannot seem to click on the "QR Scan". Whenever I click on it, nothing seems to happen. The previous versions of this app worked fine before, please take notice of this. Hoping you can fix this issue asap. Thank you.
