Ushket

Ushket is the health and wellness app developed for and with First Nations communities. Designed to encourage active daily habits, it adapts to your pace and your reality.

Build lasting habits
Complete a Shuk every day and watch your streak grow. Walk, run, cycle, swim, or do any physical activity—every movement counts. Tracking your streak keeps you motivated so you never miss a day.

Follow structured programs
Sign up for progressive programs designed by experts. Each step prepares you for the next, at a pace tailored to your fitness level. Guided interval training with a built-in timer is available to support you in real time.

Record your activity
Built-in timer, distance tracking, activity mode, notes, and photos—everything you need to document your outings right in the app.

Stay connected with your friends and community.
Invite your loved ones, track their progress, send encouragement, and lend a hand when needed. Join your community group, follow collective progress, and move forward together—because health is built in community.
