AHA (Active & Happy Aging) cognitive exercise provides the world's first digitized, patented solution of the square step exercise, which has proven to be effective in preventing falls and dementia through many years of empirical research in over 10 countries around the world.
It consists of a digital mat and an app, and provides data-based, personalized fall prevention and cognitive ability improvement exercise program services.
