The Center of Hope application allows patients to:

How? 'Or' What ?

1. Download the application and create your user account to be recognized as a patient beneficiary of the program.

2. You may also be invited to download the application from a QR Code, a direct download link which will be presented to you in your welcome booklet and through which you will be automatically assigned to your group when you create your account. user.

3. Once recognized as a new patient or patients who have left the program, you will access different functional levels of the application depending on your progress in the program.
