For customers:
With U-del, users can discover nearby partner businesses, browse their products and services, place an order in just a few steps, and choose between home delivery or in-store pickup. Payment is processed securely via Yenga Pay, an external mobile payment solution. Users are redirected to their browser to complete the transaction securely. Cash on delivery is also an option. Once an order is placed, users can track its progress in real time from their interface.

For businesses:
U-del offers merchants a simple digital solution to receive orders, manage their product catalog, and increase their visibility to local customers. Businesses can add their products, accept incoming orders, indicate when an order is ready, and track the entire process from their dedicated interface. An accounting dashboard allows them to view revenue received and pending payments for each completed order.

Detailed Order Process
When a user places an order, the business receives a notification and must accept the order. Once accepted, the business prepares the order and marks it as ready.

If the user has chosen in-store pickup, they go to the business to collect their order, and the business marks the order as complete. If the user has chosen home delivery, a delivery driver picks up the order from the business and delivers it to the address provided. Upon delivery, payment is made using the method chosen at the time of ordering.
Parcel Delivery
In addition to orders placed with partner businesses, U-del also offers parcel delivery. The user specifies the origin, destination, size, type, and value of the parcel. An available driver accepts the request and picks up the parcel. Payment for this type of delivery is made in cash directly between the customer and the driver. A platform designed for Africa
