ORAVA: Business Workspace

Run your whole business from your pocket.

AKILI is now ORAVA. Same app, same team, a new name.

ORAVA is the all-in-one business app for small business owners: shops, salons, auto repair shops, home-based sellers, service providers, and people running more than one business. Point of sale, invoices and estimates, appointments, inventory, expenses, customer messaging and your own business website, all connected in one place. When you make a sale, your stock, your dashboard and your customer's history update by themselves.

SELL AND GET PAID
• Fast point of sale for products and services: tap, charge, done
• Professional estimates that turn into invoices in one tap
• Send a payment link: your customer pays from their phone and the invoice marks itself paid
• Cash, card or payment link, with partial payments and balance tracking
• Receipts your customer can open, download or print from a link or a QR code

INVENTORY THAT LOOKS AFTER ITSELF
• Live stock levels that move with every sale and purchase
• Low-stock alerts before you run out of your best sellers
• Suppliers, purchase orders, barcodes, bulk-to-unit conversions

AUTO REPAIR SHOPS
• Look up any car by plate or VIN, with its full service history
• Build repair estimates from your own standard jobs in seconds
• Text-to-approve: your customer opens the estimate on their phone and approves it with a signature
• Digital vehicle inspections with photos, a status board for every car in the shop, and automatic follow-up on work the customer declined

BOOKINGS AND YOUR OWN WEBSITE
• Every business gets a public website. No web designer needed
• Customers book appointments online 24/7; requests land on your calendar with a notification
• Automatic reminders so clients show up

CUSTOMER MESSAGING
• Two-way SMS inbox: customers text you, you reply from the app
• Reminders, payment links and updates by text
• Broadcasts to customers who opted in

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
• Revenue, profit, top products and trends at a glance
• Photograph a receipt and the expense records itself
• Ask the built-in AI assistant plain questions about your own business: "What sold best last month?"

MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS
• Run a shop and a garage, or two boutiques, under one login with an instant switcher
• Staff roles and permissions: cashiers see the register, technicians see the shop floor, managers see the reports

BUILT FOR HOW YOU WORK
• English, French and Spanish. Switch anytime
• Works offline: keep selling when the connection drops; everything syncs when you're back
• Phone, tablet and web, always in sync
• Your data is isolated, encrypted in transit and backed up automatically. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers

Create your business right in the app and start with a free 14-day trial, or sign in to the one you already use. Staff join with an invitation from their business owner.
