2021-10-08	J.*****	ALWAYS getting this older guy whose got Huge language barrier between us. That usually isnt a problem however I always have multiple stops and this one driver DOSEN'T Understand THE CONCEPT OF GOING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER WITH ME IN CAR .HE LEFT ME MIDDLE road ONCE AFTER BEING PAID AHEAD. WAS told I'd get a free ride or two since I call every day multiple times. I tried once to redeem free ride and got me almost again left on side road. Thanks for nothing but wasting my money on bad cabbies

2020-08-28	Fe*****	My driver was extremely polite very talkative which makes the ride super confortable. I only speak for myself when i say, fastest most convinient ride will come out of USA limo&Car service. Any other services so far have left me disapointed as far as pricing and services go.

2018-01-05	A *****	Unprofessional and very rude.. They add there own tip to the fare. So if it originally Says 10 dollars, after you request the car the price changes cause a tip is added. Shouldn't have to pay a tip if I don't want to seeing how the quality of there service sucks. Never using this way of transportation again

2018-01-04	A *****	I left my bag in a suv drivers name was (grace) I called her within maybe under 60 seconds saying I left my bag and she said she has a client she will bring it after mind u she just drove out my parking lot so an hour went by still no bag 2 hours later she claims she stuck in snow so 30 more mins went by now I called the company after arguing with them about this situation they said they will send another car to bring my bag since she's stuck but I have to pay that fare please tell me if that makes any sense?🤔
