2025-01-28	sr*****	Very user friendly app. I have never found a single technical glitch ever. Kudos to the developers. Well initially I was happy. But now I realised that it is only good for payment. I had raised a request for disconnection and the application did not go through. But there was no message and no status update after that. Now I have to pay more amount with surcharge...all because I thought that what can go wrong in permanent disconnection. Apparently a lot.

2025-01-08	ja*****	App is govt initiative 👏 they forget that app requires regular updates and upgradation. Half of the features are useless and if used, then also you have to go the local office to do the same and no work will be completed in single visit to local office.

2025-01-06	Mu*****	App is good only for payment and that can be done through phone pe and others too. We need service, as all mpeb staff are well educated they make little mistakes in almost every consumer names, give us a way to correct it. It makes lot of problems. Purpose of the app should be consumers saving time and avoid coming to mpeb office.

2024-12-13	Vi*****	No one came to take the readings of the electricity meter. With the help of app, I am able to upload my own reading on fix date of every month. But app is very slow & always crashed.

2024-12-04	A *****	This app can be used only by the person who got installed first connection. It can be used only aftet entering otp sent on registered mobile, whis is there in the bill. If you change the number it is useless.. धन्य हैं सरकारी विभाग
