I've been using this app for over 2 years and I love it. Yes there have been glitches but they're fixed quickly and the driver informs me if there's any discrepancy with payment I'll be reimbursed immediately. I've never had a problem with reimbursement. You save a lot of money than regular taxes. They also have great promos!

My wife left a review not long ago about one of the uride drivers following her and I on a consistent basis. Now, once again, another driver license plate number KGB 739(black Hyundai Elantra) is doing it as well. This East Indian male has done blatant uturns in the middle of the street so that he can come follow us. just about 30 minutes ago, he did a uturn, and that's when I stopped and got the license plate number. The people who work for this company are unsavory. Don't trust any of them.

a total nonsense.. in BC Canada, it doesn't allow you to have a ride from Coquitlam to Vancouver / Vancouver to Vancouver area etc or other areas because it says location must be within the Uride area.. Cannot even get a single ride.. a total YKW, GOOD BYE 🥲
