What caught my attention about TimeBack is that I can still use social apps without getting pulled into endless Reels or Shorts. I don’t really want to block an entire app just to avoid wasting time on one feature, so this approach makes more sense to me. The daily screen time goal is a nice extra for keeping track of my habits, and having no ads or account requirement makes it even more appealing.
