Absolutely pathetic service from UrbanEbolt! My courier was supposed to be delivered on September 11th, 2026, but it is already 2 days delayed with no proper explanation or meaningful update. The worst part is the complete lack of customer support. No one is picking up calls, no one is taking responsibility, and there is no proper person available to talk to. You proudly claim "We Deliver Speed." Based on my experience, you might as well change it to: "We Deliver the Slowest."
