Installer eConnect

Installer App is the official rewards and loyalty program for installers and dealers — scan, earn, and redeem, all in one place.

Every product you install carries a unique QR code / serial number. Scan it in the app to instantly claim the points tied to that product, then track your growing balance and redeem it for real rewards — no paperwork, no waiting.

KEY FEATURES

• Scan & Earn — Scan a product's QR code or enter its serial number to claim points instantly. Every serial can only be claimed once, so your points are always accurate and fraud-free.

• Points Balance & History — See your current points balance at a glance, and review your full earning and redemption history any time.

• Redeem Rewards — Use your points to redeem reward products directly through the app.

• Product Catalog — Browse the full range of eligible products by category, with detailed specifications and images, so you always know what you're installing.

• Notices, Guides & Training — Stay up to date with the latest notices, installation guides, video tutorials, and troubleshooting solutions, all organized in one place.

• Your Profile, Your Business — Manage your personal and business details, including company name, business type, and location, so your account always reflects who you are.

• Secure Account — Register, log in, and reset your password securely, with your data protected at every step.
