Uptodate is rapidly becoming outdated. It simply takes too long to find clinical answers. Their failure to adapt AI has led me to use other platforms. The information is great but I feel like I'm thumbing through an encyclopedia. Even their advertisement about a patient who was bitten by a squirrel, ironically, shows the laborious process of actually finding the clinical answer of rabies prophylaxis. AI platforms now have this answer instantly.

UpToDate is good, been using it for >15 yrs. But better get with the times, b/c OpenEvidence is cheaper, faster and much easier to use. I rarely use UpToDate anymore, and only because it's free for providers at the VA.
