Your profile is ready in two screens. No likes on Dare. You send a dare instead: a spontaneous selfie and a question that sparks curiosity.

The other person gets your dare with your photo blurred. To see you, they have to dare too: they answer with a selfie or in writing. Only then are the photos revealed and your conversation begins.

It's more than a swipe. And that's the whole point.

HOW IT WORKS
• A selfie. Now. Lift the card or tap Dare and take a selfie on the spot, with your face in the frame. No gallery photos, no special preparation.
• Curiosity asks the question. Pick one of the suggested questions or come up with your own.
• Now it's their turn. They have 24 hours to take the dare and answer, with a selfie (Dare) or in writing (Truth). "Later" gives them another 24 hours.
• You see each other. You talk. Once they answer, the photos are revealed and the conversation begins.

MORE THAN A CHAT
• Messages, photos and voice messages of up to 2 minutes.
• The flame: light it before you send, and the message or photo disappears from the conversation once the other person has seen it.
• The lock: send a photo they see only as a shadow until you open it. If they're curious, they can ask you to unlock it.
• Edit a message within 15 minutes, or unsend it.
• "True or false?": a game where curiosity goes both ways. You both answer and find out what the other chose only once you've both replied.

DAREDEVIL
More play. More courage. More Dare. Some conversations make you want to play. Daredevil adds a little mystery, a spontaneous selfie and the curiosity to find out what comes next. The game starts only if you both want it. If 12 hours pass without messages and one of you picks the conversation back up, the other takes a selfie on the spot to reveal the message. Either of you can stop it at any time.

WHO YOU SEE
• Choose who you want to meet (men, women or everyone), the age range and the maximum distance.
• Met someone and only know their first name? Search for it.
• Going somewhere? Set the town now and have people to meet when you arrive.
• Keep someone in Favourites for 48 hours while you make up your mind.
• Civil Mode: need a break? Dare goes offline: your deck and your chats disappear, nobody sees you and you get no notifications. Nothing is lost: when you turn it off, everything comes back and the dares you've received are still waiting. To find it, tap the "Adventure Settings" title three times.

CARE DOESN'T SPOIL THE FUN. IT MAKES ROOM FOR IT.
• A space for adults: Dare is for people aged 18 and over. The date of birth is set only once, when the account is created.
• Photos are checked automatically before they are shown. Explicit nudity is not allowed.
• Dares start with a selfie taken on the spot, with your face in the frame, not with a photo from the gallery.
• Block or report someone right from the conversation, from a dare you receive, from their card or from their profile. Every report is reviewed.
• Notifications only show who wrote to you and how many messages you got, without revealing what they say.
• Your exact location stays private: others only see how far away you are.
• Your profile, photos and conversations are hosted on servers in the European Union, in Belgium.

YOUR ACCOUNT
• Sign in with your phone number (a code by SMS) or with Google. No password.
