These startups miss out on the most basic things like providing a holding response and sending out an email with closure while dreaming to become Unicorns (they might only end up being a mythical donkey). Pathetic! Please have a good team to respond to emails, this is bare minimum.

Fix your app. We have good network still while watching the content it shows 'poor internet video couldn't load'. It causes too much trouble for us due to this.
