I am not sure why we have to keep updating the personal information everytime we login. this is a very annoying feature which they need to stop. also the courses are over priced and not worth it. no support from the company to co-ordinate on group projects in which we have to work with other team members to complete the project.

Very rigid approach on splitit-payment when a learner faces genuine difficulties I am quite disappointed with the way upGrad has handled my situation. I enrolled in the DBA program with genuine interest and started the program actively. Unfortunately, due to unexpected additional responsibilities at work, ongoing market conditions and financial pressures, I reached a situation where I simply cannot continue my studies at the moment. They forcefuly collect their remaining money regardless!
