| 2022-05-29 | such a great service provided through the app. clear app functions, easy to use. cost effective, compared to the other delivery option apps. the only issue I had for my first delivery was not being able to see more than 1 photo that my delivery guy posted. might need to work on this area. because my guy WhatsApp me more images that I couldn't see on the app. | ||

| 2022-02-28 | Be it express or 4 hours delivery, i only managed to get a booking once or twice. Whenever i cancelled the booking, (due to driver unavailable), the amount was refunded to their ewallet instead of the card. It is very unusual to see such refund process. Afterwards, i am required to email in to request for the amount to be refunded back to the card within 5 working days. Shouldnt it be automatic, like other service providers? What a hassle, and what a poor and distasteful service. | ||

| 2022-02-18 | Very bad experience driving this. They also using lalamove to deliver their parcel. They deduct around 120$ for cookie 3 box. They mentioned user complain for Cookie damage. Never try this app. I am also requesting to de activate my account. No proper communication from support as well. Nothing is clearly explain and just deduct 120$ without inform details to driver. We drive for more than 6 hrs to get this amount and they deduct without proper communication with driver. | ||

| 2022-01-27 | Honestly, it's better than the OTHER driver app for SG. Customer/Driver support replied at 10pm. I drove for SOME OTHER app before and I had to do my SHN and I was freaking out till 10 in the morning because I could not cancel my orders. This app is much better. I've only done 1 day and I can already tell. | ||

I'm hoping they would come up with a system where they categorise the parcels which have delivered to another tab instead of still appearing on "my jobs" tab. it's quite confusing especially if you have multiple jobs from the same sender and you'd have to scroll and open each job detail to find the correct one in order to mark it "delivered". Overall, I'm happy with the simplicity on how jobs are listed. | ||

| 2021-11-16 | Route optimization will only work if user can input their start and end location. Else, this function is a failure. In order to optimise, there should be a start & end. Only then it would be fully optimised. I stayed somewhere in the west and by accepting a job both in the west & central, sequence should be where I start from home & heading to west first for collection instead of the job was accepted, i.e. central and then head west. Few apps out there with this function. | ||

| 2021-09-18 | Since the latest update of their apps, i having much problem to completed my delivery jobs till now, i try to upload photo of the completed job but the apps keep crash and i been told by the staff, to uninstall and reinstall which i did many times but still the same. Now how are they going to pay me when i completed my jobs??? Text thru their apps for helps but no reply. When they need you to help them deliver, they know how to called you for it!!! | ||

| 2021-09-01 | Really disappointing for a new user, schedule multiple tries yet no drivers. 2nd day, I manage a driver tried contacting but won't pick up, waited whole day but to gotten a cancelation in the end. Thinking I might give this app another chance, tried scheduling 4th time, waited half a day yet no driver so went out for meals but suddenly gotten a call from a driver saying he's outside my house. At least, give 30 mins grace, hope you guys can really learn from your competitors on service standards | ||
