Unwind is a mental health mobile app that offers a wide range of features, designed to improve our wellbeing and provide aid for coping with various mental health-related problems. When life does not go as planned, don’t worry you are not alone. Most of us people in the world today are bogged down by multiple issues of mental health. Those of us battling with depression or struggling with thoughts of self-harm can feel lonely. And often, we might not be able to express our feelings or find a safe place where we can unload the thoughts of a troubled mind, without incurring judgement. Unwind has been designed keeping in mind the idea that anyone who needs mental health-related support, should receive it.

Through the app, as a user, you can access numerous mental health-related tools, quick-relief options to help you calm down during times of need, multiple resource materials to gather deep knowledge about mental health-related problems and opt for daily mood check-ins to record data. You may also take anxiety and depression-related quizzes, review and share reports with doctors, maintain a list of emergency contacts for times of need. And finally, you may participate in anonymous peer-to-peer chat with individuals, who show understanding and empathy and assure you that you are not alone in this fight. One can always do with a friend and some advice. Unwind has a large community of users receiving support on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress disorders and self-harm.
