Untepp: Screen Time & Focus

Untepp is a screen time app that shows you how you really use your phone, then helps you change it with app limits, focus sessions and bedtime quiet hours. Your usage history stays on your phone. No account, no ads.

Most screen time trackers stop at a number. Untepp explains it: which hours pull you in, how often you pick up your phone, and which apps take the time. Every insight comes from your own measured usage and your own normal. No guesses, no generic averages.

SEE YOUR REAL SCREEN TIME
• Daily screen time, app usage and a 0–100 wellbeing score
• Pickups, unlocks and quick checks under 30 seconds
• Hour-by-hour patterns and weekday averages
• Time reclaimed: see how much time you have won back
• A weekly reading of your phone habits, every Sunday evening

SET APP LIMITS THAT HOLD
• Daily time limits per app, suggested from how you actually use it
• A separate allowance for weekends
• Cap how many times a day an app can be opened
• A heads-up before an app reaches its limit
• Choose how strict it is: hold to unlock, or allow ten-minute overrides
• Keep essential apps like maps or banking always allowed

FOCUS MODE FOR DEEP WORK AND STUDY
Pick what the time is for (Deep Work, Study, Reading or Mindful Time), set the timer and Untepp blocks distracting apps until the session ends. Build a focus streak, one session at a time.

A PAUSE, NOT A LECTURE
Open a limited app and Untepp shows a calm pause screen with a short breathing moment. Step away, take ten more minutes if you allow it, or start a focus session instead. It helps break doomscrolling and autopilot habits without guilt.

QUIET HOURS AND BEDTIME
Schedule quiet hours for evenings, mornings or workdays. Get a wind-down reminder when your bedtime window begins, so your phone stops stealing sleep.

GROW A PLANT, BUILD A STREAK
Set a daily screen time goal. Days within your goal help your plant grow through seven stages, extend your streak and earn private badges and levels. One heavy day won't break it: rest days are built in.

LEARN FROM YOUR OWN HABITS
Short micro-lessons are matched to patterns in your own numbers, like late evenings, a busy first hour or long weekends. Each one ends with one practical change.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No sign-up and no ads
• The apps you use and how long you use them are stored only on your phone
• Export your data or erase it any time
• Untepp uses Android's Accessibility Service only to keep apps you have limited closed. It never reads screen content or what you type.
