used to be a great spot to get alot of my comics but I've had a Tyler Kirkland signature comic that has not been fulfilled and its been almost 4 years in June. no refund no updates and no way to get ahold of anyone so I've made it point to tell this story on all social media outlets and will not purchase anymore with them. 4 YEARS !!!!

Look I love you guys and I love buying from you. But I just got an order that I placed in February and it's November. I have waited months and months on you guys to send me stuff, many times. It ties my money up. I can't turn my money around because you have it tied up. You're amazing and you help me but I don't order as much from you anymore because I'm afraid of how long it will take for your stuff to get to me. Four Stars because I love you and because you guys have helped me 🤩

Zero customer support. They don't answer phones, don't answer DMs, don't answer emails (except with a bot) so if you have any problem with an order you're on your own. They will spam you relentlessly multiple times a day though!

The app stinks. The website seems to work better. I'll get notifications for specific things but when I click on it, most of the time it doesn't take me to that item. The search is bad as well

Horrible still waiting on books I ordered last August of 2023 and with no way to contact anyone about order status. You call and no one answers, can't even leave a message because the mailbox is always full and don't bother trying to email. I've sent over 10 emails with no response, don't bother buying anything from unknown comics. Horrible turn around time and Horrible customer service what a joke of a company, I feel like these people shouldn't get paid till the order is shipped out.

For an international collector this is probably the worst place to buy comics. Customer service is non-existent, duties are not calculated nor information is given about them. I paid €32.95 for First Class Package International, another €1.95 for Route Package Protection and I had to add €41 to collect the package. Slow, unprofessional, now ridiculous prices for incentives, too many negative aspects

Grest prices, fantastic service BUT you can't see the same inventory online as you can on the app. Better to go straight to the website.

Not always as up to date as the website. Can be buggy at times also with freezing or crashing. Love the notifications on discount codes. Easy to look up my orders too.
