Univia

Univia is the app for teachers and counselors who support their students in their academic and career guidance. It handles everything surrounding the session—so you can focus on the student.

CONDUCTING THE SESSION
• Online, in an integrated room: you start, the student joins.

• In person, with audio recording, after obtaining consent.

• The student's profile remains accessible throughout the session: background, context, points already covered.

THE SUMMARY, WRITTEN FOR YOU
At the end of the session, Univia transcribes the discussion and prepares a structured summary. You review it, adjust it, and send it. The objectives are added to the student's checklist and the deadlines to their calendar. No manual entry after the session.

THE COMMUNICATION LOG
For tutors: your groups, sessions to record, and term reports to finalize, all in one place.

SIMPLIFIED LOGIN
Access via Univia, Google, or École Directe credentials.

Univia is reserved for teachers, guidance counselors, and school staff. An account provided by your institution is required.
