Icope Monitor

Icope Monitor is a specialized tracking and monitoring Chrome extension designed to assess six major functions critical for healthy aging: cognition, nutrition, hearing, vision, psychology, and mobility. Developed by the Gérontopôle of the Toulouse University Hospital, a WHO collaborating center, this tool adapts the STEP1 screening methodology from the ICOPE program. It enables users to evaluate these essential health functions every six months to support aging well.

With Icope Monitor, individuals and caregivers can systematically monitor health indicators important for maintaining independence and quality of life as they age. The extension integrates with the ICOPE MONITOR mobile application to facilitate ongoing evaluation and help guide timely interventions when necessary. This streamlined approach empowers users to take proactive steps in managing their aging process effectively.
