UT Smart

UT SMART is an online learning application for employees, subsidiaries and the fostered community of PT United Tractors Tbk. The subjects studied are Behavioral Competency, Business Management Competency, Operational Technical Competency, English Literacy & Future Learning Competency. Learning methods use formal learning (10), social learning (20) & experiential learning (70) which are adapted to the needs of students. This application also integrates learning programs such as Grebeg Millennial, UT Libro, UT Aurely, UT Corputalks, Mentor and UT Berpijar into a learning ecosystem.
