Unit 13 is an events and performance space designed for a multitude of purposes. The venue is an industrial warehouse space consisting of the following environments:

LG1 - Main room: Multi tiered auditorium with industrial elements featuring cutting edge festival production, lighting design and staging. The venue has undergone significant upgrades during the summer recess to provide you with a unique world class experience. Music policy: House, Tech, DnB, Disco.

LG2 - Room 2: Led wall, custom sound system, state of the art lighting and production. Music policy: R&B, Hip Hop & Grime
