Uninote MDM

Uninote MDM is a Device Policy Controller (DPC) for securely managing company-owned or company-issued Android devices, or employees' personal devices (BYOD). It applies internal management policies to devices based on enrollment tokens issued by the organization's IT administrator.

[Two Enrollment Methods]
■ Fully Managed Devices (Company-Owned Devices)
Enrollment occurs during initial setup by scanning a QR code. The entire device is placed under the organization's management policies and can be centrally managed as a company asset.

■ Work Profiles (Personal Devices / BYOD)
Only a separate, work-dedicated "work profile" is created on the employee's personal device. Personal areas such as apps, photos, and data are completely inaccessible. The company cannot see or manipulate personal areas.

• Enforcement of device policies (passcode requirements, encryption, function restrictions, etc.)
• Installation, hiding, and usage control of business applications
• Lost Mode (a function that allows administrators to lock and locate devices. When activated, this is displayed on the device screen, making it visible to the user)
• Wi-Fi Provisioning (bulk distribution of company network settings)
• Anti-theft features (SIM change detection, etc.) — These only work on company-owned devices and only when explicitly enabled by the organization.

【Transparency of Operation】
All remote operations (policy distribution, activation of lost mode, etc.) are performed only through an authenticated backend managed by the organization. It is not used for the purpose of secretly monitoring individual behavior or for device locking based on payment/credit information (so-called credit lock). In the work profile method, the personal area is technically invisible and cannot be viewed or manipulated by the company.

Target Users: Corporate IT administrators, and those responsible for considering mobile device management within corporations and organizations.

This application does not function on its own; an enrollment token (QR code or invitation link) issued by the organization is required for use.
