SciREPL (Pro)

SciREPL Pro is a mobile-first, multi-language scientific notebook for Android. Mix Python, R, SWI-Prolog, Bash, JavaScript, ClojureScript, Lua, TypR, Markdown, and AI Prompt cells in the same workbook.

Multiple languages in one workbook

Choose a language for each cell and pass data between supported kernels through a shared virtual filesystem.

Optional AI and remote tools

Use your own API key with a supported AI provider to ask for coding help, explanations, and debugging. You can also connect a compatible coding agent or terminal through a user-operated MCP broker. You configure which notebook tools the remote agent may use. Terminal access connects to the broker host and should be enabled only for a broker you trust.

AI Prompt cells run only when explicitly selected and are skipped by bulk Run All actions.

Local-first privacy

Built-in notebook kernels execute on your device. SciREPL does not require an account and does not operate an analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or notebook-storage server. Python, R, Prolog, and ClojureScript runtimes are normally bundled.

Optional AI, remote-agent, terminal, package-download, catalogue, user-chosen export, and notebook-network features can send data off your device. They are user-configured, and applicable consent notices explain what will be sent. The selected provider, broker, download host, export destination, or other service handles transferred data under its own policies.

Additional packages and network features may require an internet connection. Cached and bundled components remain available offline where supported.
