It's a useful app and it's convenient to get updates about my child's progress in it. The reason I am giving it two stars only is because there is a substantial delay (we are talking hours) between the time my child's teachers send me a chat message and when I get it. Since these are important messages, usually around problems or illnesses, such a delay is highly problematic.
