Downloaded and haven't been able to open once. It says there's a bug. Sounded like a great app but it just constantly crashes

Although I use the latest update version it still asks me to update the app on the play store it's the latest. When I go back to the app it won't let me sign in/ up. It says please update. I uninstalled it and reinstalled still the same issue. It's the worst one can encounter.
