Umut Tasarım Personnel Tracking application is a modern attendance and timekeeping system designed to record the daily entry and exit times of your employees in the most secure and easiest way.

Employees working at Umut Tasarım can create their entry and exit records digitally and mobilely in seconds, without the need to carry physical cards.

Key Features:
• QR Code Based Quick Scanning: Instantly enter or exit by scanning QR codes on notice boards in the workplace with your phone camera.
• GPS and Location Verification: To prevent incorrect or remote entries, registration can only be performed within the workplace boundaries (defined GPS radius).
• Secure SMS Verification: Your account security is protected with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone when logging in.

How it Works:
1. Download the application and log in with your company-registered phone number.
2. Enter the SMS verification code sent to your phone to link your account. 3. Press the "Scan QR Code" button on the main screen when starting or leaving work.
4. Scan the QR code at your workplace. Your location will be verified and your registration will be complete!

Privacy and Data Security:
Umut Design Personnel Tracking application takes employee privacy very seriously. Your location information is only queried for real-time distance control when the QR code is scanned; no background tracking is performed and your data is never shared with third parties.
