UFieldForce

UFieldForce is the official mobile workforce management app for authorised Umniah field teams in Jordan. It connects to Umniah’s workforce management (WFM) platform, enabling technicians and field staff to receive, execute, and close work in the field—on the go and when connectivity is limited.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
UFieldForce is intended only for Umniah employees and contractors who have been given login credentials by their organisation. If you do not have an authorised account, you will not be able to use the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View and manage assigned work orders and tickets
• Follow ticket journeys and update job status in real time
• Use maps and GPS for navigation to job sites and operational tracking
• Capture photos, signatures, forms, and attachments as proof of work
• Scan barcodes or QR codes where required by your workflow
• Receive push notifications for new assignments and important alerts
• Work offline when needed—data syncs when you are back online
• Use optional biometric login (Face ID/device biometrics) where enabled for your role

BUILT FOR FIELD OPERATIONS
UFieldForce supports day-to-day telecom field operations: preventive maintenance, route issues, GIS-related tickets, and related workflows configured for your role. Location services (including background location for tracking roles) help your employer manage attendance, routes, and compliance as part of legitimate workforce operations.

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Umniah-issued username and password
• Android device meeting current Google Play requirements
• Permissions such as location, camera, notifications, and network access as required for your role—the app may not function fully if required permissions are denied

For account access, password reset, or role changes, contact your Umniah supervisor or IT administrator. For technical issues with the app, contact your organisation’s designated support channel.

PRIVACY
UFieldForce processes personal and location data as described in Umniah’s app privacy policy. Data is used to operate workforce management services—not for advertising or sale to third parties.
