User Reviews

I just received my product. 1st off the silver sticks were not in my box! so kinda hard to make the water without them. and 2.. in the instructions it says put 1 rod in the silver input. both my inputs are gold so even if I did have the rods I wouldn't know where to put them. extremely dissatisfied. I want my money back !!!!!!!!!!
