The Nam-gu Office in Ulsan Metropolitan City operates the "Safe Return Home Service" to create a safe city for women, youth, and children. This service aims to foster a sense of safety among residents and maximize the effectiveness of CCTV installations for crime prevention.

First, if you feel unsafe on your way home from work or school late at night, or in a deserted alley, please launch the app in advance.

Second, if the app is running, your GPS location will be transmitted to registered guardians and the CCTV Integrated Control Center.

Third, in the event of an emergency, press the emergency button or shake your smartphone, go to the nearest CCTV location shown on the map, and report the emergency. This service allows the CCTV Integrated Control Center to monitor the CCTV and dispatch the police to the scene.

※ This service may not display your location information or may have inaccurate accuracy depending on the location (indoors, underground, near tall buildings, etc.) due to poor smartphone GPS reception.

※ Additionally, if there are no CCTV cameras nearby, there are many concurrent users, or CCTV control personnel are prioritizing other emergency situations, CCTV monitoring and real-time response may be difficult.
