Useless the file is saved in internal storage in a folder that's not accessable and no way to change where the file saves too please fix it

Need to require permission to access all files to work on Android 13. All I can do now is validate. This is THE BEST validator for editing xml files when modding DayZ. I have become a wizard of helping people find errors simply because of this app. Notepad++ and all other text editors say line 1 is an error. Now all I can do is import files to validate and they become inaccessible once saved.
