Charging an EV should not involve placing a minimum deposit of £10 with an App. Just let us drive up, plug-in and pre-authorise a card and pay for units charged. There are multiple charging Apps. I am not playing the game of depositing money on various Apps that I may only use occasionally!

I hate having to download an app to charge my car - nobody will use this app to find chargers as we don't care what company operates the charger, we just want to charge our car! Please just put a contactless reader on all chargers and truly make it easy to charge.
