UhDa Monitoring

Health is an issue that concerns us all, not just our health team. In order to empower citizens to take charge of their health and be able to collaborate closely with our health team, we have developed UhDa Monitoring.

UhDa monitoring is a monitoring App co-created with a multidisciplinary team with the aim of collecting data that helps health teams provide a more personalized service.

In the App you will find:
Monitoring Tools
- Automatic data synchronization of BeatOne smart watch data
- Manual synchronization of LifeVit Kryos smart scale data
- Automatic synchronization with your health data obtained from different sources using Google Connected Health

Monitoring Forms
Forms developed with UhDa Studies technology to collect information of interest to the health team.

In order to guarantee the quality of the service and the correct use of the data. The app does not allow registration, to use the app you must belong to a center affiliated with UhDa monitoring that creates an account for you.

This app uses Google Connected Health to obtain the following data:
- Steps
- Activity distance
- Calories
- Heart rate
This data is obtained for the exclusive use of the users themselves, to be able to see their own progression by following the instructions and recommendations that UhDa will offer them. These health data are essential to analyze whether your daily physical activity and well-being improve over the weeks.
