2024-10-07	Ps*****	I can no longer log in. This is so frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I've changed my password on the website and updated security preferences there too. The website works just fine I have jumped through every hoop and I still cannot log in on this application. It used to work, but it no longer does, and everything I've tried does not work. This is beyond frustrating.

2023-01-03	Ni*****	I cannot see the daily breakdown of my gas usage. The page opens on my monthly usage so i can see those graphs. But when i tap a different tab It doesnt load or try to load. It highlights the tab when i tap it but nothing else happens.

2022-11-01	Ja*****	I was having the same issue where it would not let me log in thought the app, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed the problem, I have to redo this each time there's an "update" to the app. Hope this bit of info helps people until they fix it.

2022-10-28	Jo*****	Cannot log in. Gives an error message and says email and pw do not match. They do. They work to log in on a browser. Have to go in the app to set a pin. Cannot set pin on website. Cannot log in to app. So it's worthless as is. Wish it worked.

2021-01-24	Th*****	App sucks. Won't let me sign in. Error message says my address doesn't match anything on file. I now have to pay my bill online, through the Website, and pay a "convenience fee" for doing so.
