2026-07-28	Pr*****	I purchased this course because I was told that if I didn't like it, I could get a refund. I watched only 2–3 videos, but unfortunately, I couldn't understand the teaching style, and it wasn't suitable for me. Since I barely used the course, I requested a refund, but I haven't received the support I expected. I hope Udemy honors its refund policy and improves the overall customer experience.

It's painful to cancel the autoplay from going to the next video. The overlay doesn't go away by itself, it lingers forever on top of the video if you don't tap again on the overlay Not to mention the ads they never warned you about...
