There is no return policy after the delivery is completed. if they make a mistake, they will not accept it and will instead blame it on the customer. They put incomplete information in the listing, customers mistakenly order those items, and then refuse to return them with an unreasonable reason. Bogus platform & their team. Totally frustrated 😞
