2024-06-06	He*****	Had to leave today at 5pm, and just reloaded my wallet. System was down and i couldn't pay my parking despite having money inside the app. The cash koisk was down as well with some guy trying to load up some code to restart it. Trying to reload in the app is such a hassle, why must you need your card details constantly and why not connect to a bank transfer. The colour scheme of the app is horrendous, change your text colour, it literally blends with the background, I CANT EVEN READ YOUR TEXT.

2023-02-19	nu*****	Stupid app, people just come for visit in this uni also need to do KYC???? I just want to pay for parking. Cant use e wallet, cant pay cash! Cant use tounch n go! The only way to pay is installing this stupid apps and anwer a lot of question before they allow u to pay. Shud have a section for guest only..such a stupid system role out by this organization
