App constantly crashes, particularly on newer devices like Pixel 8 and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Difficulties adding devices; many users report error messages.

App not working

I am unable to use this app or Ucomen smart plug because every time I try to add a device, I get an error message prompting me to clear the cache & restart. Despite clearing the cache, deleting & reinstalling the app, I continuously get the same message. This is the loop I get stuck in. Waste of my money & time.
