2024-11-25	Jy*****	First time I used I was so satisfied but I think they only provide the perfect service only once. Have to chase again & again for old & new orders. Tried contacting customer care got which is auto generated & doesn't provide you the required help you need.

2024-11-19	Mo*****	Such pathetic service on first day itself. Scheduled pickup 1-3pm. But didn't turn up. Even the local store isn't picking calls despite several attempts. It's convenient I know but sometimes longways are better than shortcuts

2024-11-09	Ri*****	UClean Laundry Service was a huge letdown. Prices are steep, yet service quality is poor. Despite giving a delivery date over a week out, my clothes weren’t ready on time. When I returned 2 days later, they couldn’t find one item and made me wait while they searched. Once they located it, it wasn’t even pressed. They also charged 250 rupees to clean a mattress cover, yet stains remained. The delays, high costs, and poor results left me very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend UClean to anyone.

Clothes were in very bad condition at the time of delivery, completely filled with creases along side multiple stains on clothes. I called the app support and complained about that , they were very rude and were trying to threaten when I told them that I am going to post review . Kindly avoid if possible. Many other good drycleaners are available nearby. review 1/10.

2024-10-05	Le*****	Pathetic experience...I called the support number and the IVR kept saying "your call is important to us" and after 2 mins call automatically ends...Then I texted in WhatsApp and booked the order, they asked for the address and there was no confirmation ,no call and no one came to pick the clothes...I installed the application and I can't save the address also...it's not going forward and without address I can't place order... seriously one of the worst application... Don't get fooled by reviews
