Users generally report the app initially worked well with certain cameras but recent updates have led to major issues including failure to detect borescope cameras, frequent crashes, and forced sleep mode ruining usability. The app only records videos in AVI format, causing compatibility problems, and generates persistent notifications with no disable option. Many users are disappointed as their expensive borescopes become unusable due to these software problems with little developer response.
