2023-11-06	Be*****	Can't opt out of channels, also logs you out. I'm getting notifications even though logged out. The support team have been in contact however their ticketing system is clearly bugged as I'm replying to their email and they are ignoring it. I've given a screen recording of the issue and they are closing the case.

2023-09-28	So*****	It won't let me log it because it's a phone app. Like it literally gives a message saying "Hi there, seems like you're on your phone." and then prompts me to download the app from the playstore... Nevermind the fact that it's already an app that's on my phone.

2023-09-27	Em*****	Was fine and functional until recent update because now when I try to sign in, I get the "Seems like you're on your phone" message even though I'm trying to sign in through the app itself. This means I am essentially locked out of the app because it isn't registering me as on the app during sign in process. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache and still got the same message

2023-09-27	Wi*****	Impossible to login on Google pixel 6 as after my uni login page it stays in the inbuilt browser and asks me to install the mobile app to continue (even though I'm on the app already). The support email listed here on Google play doesn't exist, so I can't contact them to get this resolved. Just begs the question, what was wrong with Moodle? Scam

This app is full of good ideas that will sell well to university bigwigs, but that are extremely poorly implemented. Prime example is the diary... essential, but no integration with Google or any other calendar app, so the university can add lessons or update times & locations but the only way to find out about them is to log back in every five minutes. Chat appears to be the same.

2023-03-13	Na*****	Finally! Notifications work properly and take you to the correct post. The fact that spaces are now sorted by academic year is a vast improvement on the previous mess of a list. The functionality related to viewing coursework and Turnitin details is still limited, but you can view your results at least. Updated on 13/03 to revise from 1 to 4 stars. Any chance of getting a dark mode?

2023-01-14	Ha*****	Absolutely useless, I can not access most of the things I need the majority of the time. Things disappear or just don't work/open when you click, links that are put up don't open, and some days the screen won't even scroll down. It is incredibly frustrating when this is an app I'm supposed to rely on for university.

2022-12-17	Si*****	Edit: Been in contact with someone from Aula via email, while the issue below hasn't been resolved, they were very helpful in trying to figure it out. Although not happy with the outcome, i have been satisfied with the level of customer service received. Got new phone and trying to sign into aula, put my email address in and then it comes up a blank page telling me to authenticate but no options to do anything. I have deleted and redownloaded but nothing.

I had problems logging in on my old phone, the problems have only been amplified since getting a new phone. Last week i bought a new galaxy S22, since switching to this phone i have not been able to log into aula. I put my email in then i'm taken to an authentication page that is blank and does nothing.
