Built on the rich setting of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, this standalone educational experience invites players to explore 9th-century Baghdad—from its bustling markets to the Round City’s soaring architecture—through an immersive, gamified narrative. The app is free to install and use and offers two modes for exploration and study.

Explore Baghdad is a guided, narrative-driven tour (about two hours) with missions that ask players to investigate historical sites, gather intel, and complete tasks for the Hidden Ones. Access the Codex to read historian-selected entries on the Abbasid Caliphate, interact with 3D models, and use Augmented Reality for selected artifacts. Crafted with historians and cultural experts, the app supports multiple languages, intuitive controls, and a learning-through-play approach that makes medieval history accessible and engaging.
