The customer service center lead me to 3 agents but when i went there there was no agent nothing at all and it seems like no one is really using this i only installed this because one of my friend is using this and wanted to transfer to me and also he transferred into my kbz bank account he said they charged 1800 for 2000 transfer and the money hasn't even came in yet it's been so many hours ever since evening about 5pm now is 10pm already.. bad service.
