When calculating meal plans, our Meal Mate algorithm not only takes into account your calorie-, protein-, carbs-, and fat-targets, but also how many times per day you want to eat.

MealMate automatically generates meal plans for you that support you with your goals, from building muscle to losing fat. It doesn’t matter when and how many times you want to eat per day. MealMate is highly customizable and generates meal plans tailored to you.

Simple calorie trackers only help you track your calories. But that’s only a fraction of the work. The hard part is deciding what to eat to ensure that you reach your desired macros for the day. That’s where we help you.

Don’t like the meal plan? Simply regenerate the whole day or change single meals.

HIGH CUSTOMIZABILITY
We offer a very high degree of customizability when generating your meal plan to ensure that it works for you. Do you want to build habits and repeat specific meals every day? Just insert them into your template and our algorithm will build a meal plan around your set meals. We also don’t force a structure on you. You decide how many meals you want to eat per day.

HANDPICKED RECIPES
Healthy and delicious meals are the heart of every meal plan. Our continuously growing database of over 500 handpicked recipes offers many breakfast, dinner, lunch, snack, or dessert options. Additionally, select whether our meal plan should take any allergies or other dietary restrictions into account. We’ll only show you the meals that match your eating habits.
