convenient for basic-non emergency situations. Plus it saves time and gas! Got my exam, submitted pictures and info, waited 7 min, then she appeared. Answered my concerns, gave advice, prescriptions and refill on a my usual inhaler. I've had a total of 2 video visits so far... like 18 min- 21min for me.
