사용자 리뷰

Users appreciate the simple installation and variety of lighting styles offered by Type S LED. However, many face recurring problems with the Android app, including frequent crashes, slow or unstable Bluetooth connections, and intrusive location permission requests. The app's limited features and connectivity issues lead to frustration, especially as disconnections turn off lights unexpectedly. Poor customer support and delayed bug fixes exacerbate the experience. Although the hardware concept is liked, the software problems significantly impact user satisfaction, making the product difficult to use reliably.

장점

단점

Bluetooth connectivity issues: slow pairing, losing connection on phone sleep or calls, inability to maintain stable connection.
App requires location permission without clear justification, which users find unnecessary and intrusive.
Limited app functionality: minimal options, no offline control, inability to control lights when app disconnected, disconnection causes lights to turn off.
Poor customer support and delayed updates to fix bugs, leading to user frustration and loss of control over lighting system.
